Jestli ani to nebude sta\u010dit, nemus\u00ed to b\u00fdt nutn\u011b va\u0161e vina \u2013 nen\u00ed to muzika pro ka\u017ed\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed a kapela n\u011bjak\u00e9 popularit\u011b nejde naproti ani n\u00e1znakem.<br \/>\nV\u00edde\u0148\u00e1ci\u00a0Phal:Angst\u00a0u\u017e u n\u00e1s sv\u016fj prostor dostali, a to se svou p\u0159edchoz\u00ed, \u010dtvrtou deskou nazvanou jednodu\u0161e\u00a0Phase IV, kter\u00e1 mi sv\u00e9ho \u010dasu docela sedla. Ostatn\u011b si o tom m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst (ZDE). Tehdy jsem za\u010d\u00ednal odzadu, p\u0159esn\u011bji \u0159e\u010deno od posledn\u00edch dvou skladeb, na kter\u00fdch se podepsali MC D\u00e4lek a Justin Broadrick, \u010d\u00edm\u017e jsem tehdy nazna\u010doval, odkud vanou hlavn\u00ed v\u011btry a pro fanou\u0161ky jak\u00e9 muziky by tahle kapela mohla p\u0159edstavovat mo\u017enou l\u00e1tku ke studiu. Podobn\u011b bych mohl za\u010d\u00edt ps\u00e1t i o jejich novince, desce \u010d\u00edslo p\u011bt, jej\u00ed\u017e dv\u011b posledn\u00ed skladby nesou otisk dvou veli\u010din, kter\u00e9 snad nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba p\u0159edstavovat \u2013 Lustmord a Jarboe. Zhruba v\u00a0takov\u00fdch podivn\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch se dnes budeme pohybovat&#8230;<br \/>\nHned zkraje se mus\u00edm p\u0159iznat, \u017ee do alba\u00a0Whiteout\u00a0se mi nedost\u00e1valo v\u016fbec snadno a vlastn\u011b ani te\u010f si nejsem \u00fapln\u011b jist\u00fd, jestli jsem p\u0159ipraven ps\u00e1t n\u011bjak\u00e9 definitivn\u00ed soudy a z\u00e1v\u011bry. \u010c\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt t\u00edm, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm n\u011bmecky mluven\u00e9 pas\u00e1\u017ee (What Rests Mute in Bright Corners), nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na jazykovou bari\u00e9ru a samy o sob\u011b nemaj\u00ed jin\u00fd potenci\u00e1l, kter\u00fdm by oslovily. \u010c\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt taky t\u00edm, \u017ee Phal:Angst jsou \u017e\u00e1nrov\u00fd ko\u010dkopes, by\u0165 ten za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m postupn\u011b oce\u0148ovat a nahl\u00ed\u017eet z\u00a0\u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e9 perspektivy, ne\u017e jak tomu bylo na \u00fapln\u00e9m za\u010d\u00e1tku. Dokonce bych si troufl napsat, \u017ee prolnout t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem elektroniku, dark ambient, post-rock, industrial a nev\u00edm co je\u0161t\u011b, nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9 a nen\u00ed mnoho t\u011bch, kter\u00fdm je mo\u017en\u00e9 v\u00a0tomto sm\u011bru p\u0159iznat vav\u0159\u00edny. Phal:Angst se zat\u00edm tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee by mohli b\u00fdt jedn\u011bmi z\u00a0nich.<br \/>\nNa pom\u011brn\u011b dlouh\u00e9 plo\u0161e p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed hodinu hrac\u00edho \u010dasu album nab\u00edz\u00ed \u0159adu moment\u016f, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017eou docela siln\u011b zv\u00fdraznit z\u00e1v\u011br dne a jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den o tom, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b ve\u010dern\u00ed, osamocen\u00fd a okoln\u00edho ruchu u\u0161et\u0159en\u00fd poslech d\u00e1 pln\u011b vyniknout nahr\u00e1vce v\u00a0jej\u00ed cel\u00e9 intenzit\u011b. Jej\u00ed zamy\u0161len\u00fd a neboj\u00edm se napsat a\u017e meditativn\u00ed rozm\u011br zcela zanikne v\u00a0jak\u00e9koliv jin\u00e9 kulise a pokud k\u00a0n\u00ed p\u0159istoup\u00edte ve sp\u011bchu (co\u017e byl na za\u010d\u00e1tku m\u016fj p\u0159\u00edpad), nem\u00e1 \u0161anci promluvit naplno. Kdy\u017e j\u00ed ale ten prostor d\u00e1te, um\u00ed b\u00fdt siln\u00e1, laskav\u00e1 i zneklid\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed, ostr\u00e1 i zklid\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed. Je toho na n\u00ed mnoho a n\u011bkdy se v\u00a0tom vyznat nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b snadn\u00e9. Vedle t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 a\u017e nad\u0161en\u00ed z\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch moment\u016f (t\u0159eba skladba\u00a0Sevarance) p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed ob\u010das pochyby, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z\u00a0hlasov\u00e9ho projevu a takov\u00e9ho zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho, hlasit\u00e9ho a skoro a\u017e nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9ho \u0161epotu. V\u00a0tu chv\u00edli m\u011b v\u017edycky napadne, \u017ee by mi deska mnohem v\u00edc pasovala jako \u010dist\u011b instrument\u00e1ln\u00ed.<br \/>\nZ\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch skladeb je hodn\u011b sly\u0161et, \u017ee tv\u016frci p\u0159i jejich komponov\u00e1n\u00ed nikam nesp\u011bchali a nem\u011bli probl\u00e9m na rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 plo\u0161e opakovat jeden motiv, ke kter\u00e9mu se postupn\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed a vrstv\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed stopy. N\u011bkter\u00e9 z\u00a0nich vydr\u017e\u00ed a z\u016fstanou, jin\u00e9 zase zmiz\u00ed, a to v\u0161e v\u00a0r\u00e1mci b\u011bhu dlouh\u00fdch minut, b\u011bhem kter\u00fdch se v\u00e1m za\u010dne na mysl nejednou vkr\u00e1dat za\u0159azen\u00ed k\u00a0minimalismu (t\u0159eba tituln\u00ed\u00a0Whiteout\u00a0s\u00a0p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b ostr\u00fdm, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 a\u017e Reznorovsk\u00fdm z\u00e1v\u011brem). B\u011bhem desky se rovn\u011b\u017e docela zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 prom\u011b\u0148uje pom\u011br mezi \u017eiv\u00fdmi n\u00e1stroji a elektronick\u00fdmi stopami, co\u017e je pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u016fvodem pro lehk\u00fd \u017e\u00e1nrov\u00fd zmatek, ale sou\u010dasn\u011b i \u00fatok na poslucha\u010dovu otev\u0159enost, kter\u00fd nab\u00edz\u00ed nejeden zaj\u00edmav\u00fd moment. Do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry je p\u0159ekvapuj\u00edc\u00ed, \u017ee m\u011b osobn\u011b mnohem v\u00edc bav\u00ed pas\u00e1\u017ee a skladby s\u00a0p\u0159eva\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed elektronikou (\u00favodn\u00ed minuty zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9\u00a0Severance) nad t\u011bmi, kde se ke slovu d\u016frazn\u011bji hl\u00e1s\u00ed t\u0159eba kytara, nech\u00e1m jako \u0159e\u010dnickou ot\u00e1zku bez odpov\u011bdi.<br \/>\nCelkov\u011b bych \u0159ekl, \u017ee tahle deska m\u00e1 co do poslucha\u010dsk\u00e9ho p\u0159ijet\u00ed rozepsan\u00e9 v\u0161echny sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e a z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, s\u00a0jakou n\u00e1turou se potk\u00e1. M\u016f\u017eete to s\u00a0n\u00ed zkusit od konce, kde sice Jarboe moc nec\u00edt\u00edm, ale o to v\u00edc se v\u00a0p\u0159edposledn\u00ed skladb\u011b podepsal Lustmord. To je jistota, na kter\u00e9 lze stav\u011bt a ze kter\u00e9 lze podnikat dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdpady. Jak moc si to v\u0161echno sedne, co z\u016fstane n\u011bkde nap\u016fl cesty, nedok\u00e1\u017eu odhadnout. Jak jsem psal n\u011bkde v\u00a0\u00favodu, ani v\u00a0t\u00e9to chv\u00edli si nemysl\u00edm, \u017ee jsem si z\u00a0Whiteout\u00a0odnesl v\u0161echno, co nab\u00edz\u00ed.
